Hello and welcome to my blog. This is my very first blog post. As I was saying in my "About me" section I will be blogging about work(although I don´t see it as work), interest and interesting things I find on the internett.
I started this blog for several reasons. I wanted to have a place on the internett that was my own. I don´t have Facebook and I wanted more freedom on how my place would look like. Ever since my year in Australia and the year writing the master thesis in English I have missed expressing myself in English. Not long ago I stumbled upon the author Christoffer Hitchens who with his elegant and admirable way of expressing himself combined with a remarkable knowledge of English literature impressed me. I really wanted to move from being sufficient in English to really good. Writing about different topics of interest seems like a good start.
The purpose of this blog is entirely selfish. Working with content I read about by writing is for me a good way of learning. If others find the content of interest, I take it as a bonus.
